We were so glad it arrived but it didn't live up to our expectations at all. The company has great marketing but the product is made cheaply. The box was unsealed so it was easy to open upon delivery. Our box was missing some rubber stoppers, I'm not sure if this is a packaging error or if they fell out during shipping. Also, our Tushy arrived used. It was dirty and water-stained. So rude, but let's get on with it. We tried installing Tushy hoping we could clean our asses in less than 20 minutes. The plastic corner connector that came with Tushy wouldn't stop leaking so we couldn't even use the toilet. We went to the store to get some teflon tape (the one in the box is useless) and a new plumbing hose hoping that would fix the problem. Not true, didn't help at all. We still had a large leak from the plastic plug. We've spent a few hours trying to get this to work with no success. And by "we" I mean my husband. We didn't get a chance to try the bidet to see how it worked so can't comment but the current seemed very strong, maybe too strong. Let's go back to Raven. Will try a different brand next time.
