I recently bought a 10 inch chef's knife and while it works great I wanted something smaller that would allow me to cut more delicately. This La Tim 8 inch Damascus knife was the perfect fit. Firstly, I like the look of the slightly curved, ergonomic wooden handle. This thing is nice to hold and even better to use. Out of the box sharpness is enough to cut through anything on your cutting board. So far I've cut steak, chicken, veggies and fruit with this knife and it struggles with nothing. I like that it's a bit smaller but still big enough to use for most purposes. This knife is a game changer in your kitchen and I cannot recommend it enough!
