Sometimes I have trouble logging 100-200 steps in my sleep but I guess I dangle a lot. I really like the step counting, the number of calories burned is probably a bit exaggerated. The training trainer is great, the heart rate sensor is great. I recommend rubbing alcohol before each workout and making sure it fits snugly around your wrist for best accuracy. I got it as a reward after losing 450-400 pounds and it has helped me be more motivated in every way. It even annoys me if I sit too long and it leads to manageable stretch marks and such! LOVE. THE. THING.
