Do you know what items you buy, put in your closet and then never use because they're annoying? Well, it's not one of them. If you love KBBQ like me and enjoy making it at home, then this is for you. I use it with a portable stove to cook anywhere in the house. Excess oil drips out of the hole, which can be caught and used for other purposes. I put it in the dishwasher and make sure it doesn't scratch anything there. As long as the dishwasher doesn't do any damage on the highest setting and washes away all the blackened parts. It's easy to clean, easy to use, and my KBBQ tastes so much better than using an oven or other stovetop options.
