As a somewhat hesitant buyer of industrial and scientific food service disposables, I was pleasantly surprised by the durability and convenience of these heavyweight traditional disposable utensils... They LOOK and feel like traditional silverware yet are much easier to use and dispose of. As my tests showed, they hold up well to even the toughest cuts of meat and provide a reliable eating experience. The only con is that they are not environmentally friendly, but for their intended purpose, they serve their function well..
