I ordered these shoes for my son, who is out and about a lot with his daycare center and needs sturdy shoes for that. The Woodland Texapore outdoor shoe from Jack Wolfskin arrives at home simply but well packaged. As soon as you unpack it, it makes a solid and high-quality impression, which is also true after the first use. The shoe is well made. The sole is firm and has no "joints" that could leak at some point. Built not uncomfortable. According to my son, the shoe also wears well. It is flexible enough, but still offers a lot of support and firmness on the sole, so that you don't know every stone on rough terrain. My son has rather narrow feet and I think that the shoe is more suitable for that. Although it looks wide or normal, it is rather narrow on the inside. My only drawback, and therefore one star less in the rating, is that the shoe could be a little lighter.
