Good product but design flaws
Installed this oil cooler on a Honda ATC 110 with a 140cc Piranha engine. Everything worked fine for two days until the mounting pin broke. It was an easy decision and could easily have been avoided. by adding metal strapping or bolted brackets like I did around the entire radiator and mounting studs. This will secure the mounting studs to the radiator to keep it from breaking. DO NOT assemble without adding pins to the mounting studs! It will break from vibration no matter how you install it.
- ✽The kit includes: 1 radiator + 2 hoses + 1 bracket + 1 cylinder head cover + 4 banjo bolts + 1 washer.
