If you are considering buying one of these belts because of the good reputation of the Nocona brand, save your money. I contacted the parent company and they spun off the belt business - now they only make Nocona boots. This belt is made from layers of faux leather around a core of sorts. The outer layer cracked and broke after less than four weeks of use, while the inner layer came out after a few days. I'm not a big guy so the belt hasn't been subjected to any unusual stress. I would suggest getting a different brand.
