Fleece is decent but too big for me. That doesn't bother me because it protects my ears from wind and cold. I've worn it on hikes and found that it wicks away moisture so my head quickly gets cold when I take it off. I probably wouldn't buy it again just because it's quite big. If you have a big head, you're done.
