Broken after 6 months Tires and wheels

Installed, and after 6 months in my Camry the tire pressure indicator lit up. It turned out that the gauge was VERY inaccurate when reading the pressure, but all of my tires were inflated at 36psi. I had to go to the store and get a replacement. There is no way to contact customer service or anything I found.
