Review on 🍽️ Portmeirion Chelsea Plates, Assorted Designs - 648517 by Michael Schafer

These are really nice, nice plates. Even more beautiful in person with bright, vibrant colors. Simply a 5 star purchase barring a few issues: 1 - The gray plate was clearly on display or otherwise on display so it is not new/unfinished. I had to wash it thoroughly with soapy water to remove the film on it. I was glad the golden moon on it could be cleaned and polished to its original brilliance. 2 - The dark blue plate has small imperfections/defects glazed on the surface which makes me wonder if they are from the brand's outlet store, knowing the brand's typically high quality. 3 - Disappointed to see they were made in China as another reviewer mentioned. In any case, it's not that perfectionist. Since I have another set I have 8 for fun.
