later I don't understand how this is supposed to be a children's visor. I am a 42 year old woman and this suits me perfectly. I had to pull the velcro almost completely to the side to attach it to my 5 year old girl's head and because the velcro sticks out so far it got tangled in her hair. The only part of this hat that is actually child sized is the brim, you can tell it's cutely shorter than the adult brim. But the adjuster should be at least 1-2 inches shorter to accommodate a small child's head. If you're buying for a teenager then it's fine. But stay away from buying for children under 9 years old.
