Review on SmartyPits 2.9oz Lavender Rose Deodorant - Aluminum-Free, Natural Formula with Baking Soda, Paraben and Phthalate Free, No Propylene Glycol, Cruelty-Free by Emma Jones

This deodorant *really* works, which is a first for me having tried many brands and formulations of all natural deodorants. Really lasts all day. The smell (I have Tweed and Spice) is pleasant and very subtle; it bears a certain resemblance to Green Irish Tweed (a classic scent created for Cary Grant) which I assume goes along with it. Don't count on it if you want people to smell you and comment; While pleasant, it's not strong enough for others to smell and if you're wearing a different scent it won't measure up at all. The stick itself is not a transparent gel, but it is not a dry powder either. It's gel-like but also has an off-white opacity. However, it is very subtle and clear. I don't see any white deposits on my armpits and I haven't noticed any product transfer to my shirts. You get a lot for your money: it's a big, solid product, a good width that's on par with other men's deodorants, and quality packaging that works really well. I am very happy that I discovered this product. It sweeps away every other natural deodorant I've tried at least a dozen. Also, I have sensitive skin and I am happy to report that I have absolutely no redness when using this product. I will definitely buy this again. One note: I've only tried this in cold weather so far. I'm still curious how it survives the hot and humid summer days. But I have high hopes.
