Review on URO Parts 25117580281 Shift Rod Joint with Lock Ring, Foam Bushing, and Integrated Shims by Tim Blandin

So this product represents excellent value for money. There were 2 issues I encountered when installing this on my transmission. The yellow foam inside was a little thick/high inside the joint. I had to take it out and peel off a piece of foam twice, not hard enough to be able to put a Dow pin through a hole in the hinge to lock it to the gearbox. The problem with the rogue I know was that the C-clip that was on the new pivot point was a bit loose in the area where it was supposed to keep the pin from falling out. I reused my old c-clip from the old joint because it was still very tight and I was more comfortable with its security compared to the new one that was on the joint. Those minor issues aside, it's good value for money and I was able to fit it with the gearbox, driveshaft and exhaust still bolted on.
