When these combs get a hold of your hair, they hold up really well. However, with use, the teeth begin to break. It took a few months for my teeth to be crooked due to the blockage and when I tried to straighten my teeth so they worked like they did when they were new they popped out. Before that I really liked these combs. I have 28 inches of silky hair and it's hard to get something that stays in my hair even with hairspray so they were a real godsend until they started falling apart. France Luxe's customer service was not personable either. 3 stars for a great price 2 brushes that only lasted a few months.
