Although this jacket is beautifully styled, it is not proportioned. I carefully read all the comments before purchasing and I felt like I was looking for the jacket I wanted. I'm 5ft 9 inches, 190lbs and I'm a curvy girl. I have big breasts, hips and buttocks. I usually wear a size 16 and everyone said it was big so I ordered 1X. Pooh. I can't close it on the buttocks and hips, but it's very big on the sleeves and shoulders. Then it will be smaller because of the waist and hips. It's not made for curvy girls. It is designed for girls with small hips, no curves and no buttocks. I would have had to take 2 more sizes for this jacket to fit properly and cover my hips and then the top would be too big for me. Fashion designers need to keep up with the times and remember that we are no longer in the days of Twiggy. You need to design clothes based on different body types, not on the catwalk. I ended up gifting this jacket to my 13 year old granddaughter. I was very surprised.
