These are very good glasses for the patio, poolside or general use. I bought them about 2 years ago. I recently called the company and asked for advice on cleaning glasses. Oddly enough, the call was answered by a real person who is a vice president of the company. I did not request warranty service because I thought my issue was not covered under warranty. The vice president was polite, friendly and helpful. He answered my questions and sent me a replacement out of courtesy. If every business worked like this, America would be truly consumer-friendly. I highly recommend this product and this company!
