I have had this screen since September 2017 and have been using it daily for over a year. It took me about an hour to assemble and hang it up (it would be easier if someone helped you assemble it) and I replaced the old retractable screen with this one. The edges are made of beautiful black velvet and they absorb light well when you check the projector image. Screen reflectivity is very good for a screen at this price point and worked well for my 1080p projector. I recently upgraded to an Epson 4K projector and the sharpness and quality is incredible for a 100 inch image. You can buy a more expensive screen from Da-Lite or Draper, but for home use this screen works well for medium brightness projectors (1200-4000 lumens) and I actually used Eco mode on my projector as the brightness was low eyes strained when watching a soccer game or a movie. My screen hangs from the ceiling, but you can also mount it on the wall. It's not too heavy, it can be easily lifted by one person, but it's much easier to install with a second person. I am very impressed with this screen and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a good value home theater screen that isn't just a piece of junk. with my old pull down screen, also made by Elite.
