Absolute waste of money!

This item DOESN'T WORK! Writes that this is a converter, but it's not! I used it in Spain and my hair dryers got too hot and noisy. I used it as a charger and it doesn't work either! That's a big waste of money. I recommend buying one in the country you are visiting. I had to buy a USB charger in Spain so I could charge my phones. I couldn't use my hair tools. I went to the hairdresser. That's a waste of money!
