A bit expensive for what you get
I thought they were more neon without the black light and they are more pastel colored. It seems that the number of rhinestones of each size is not constant for each color. 330 grand might seem like a lot, but I feel like I didn't get much. I would go with other rhinestones. They're not bad, but I think you can find better value elsewhere.
