I change the cabin air filter every 10,000 miles or whenever an unpleasant odor occurs. Rough Example: Swarm of smelly mosquitoes fly 30 miles into your car. After washing, the car still smelled of swamp. Filter changed and everything changed! It is wise to order and do it yourself. Most cars have cabin filters that were made in the 08's. Maybe even earlier. Check your instructions. Significantly affects the air quality in the car. Coal helps too!
