The good news is that the filling is well absorbed and the clumps remain intact. I also never notice an odor, but remove clumps as soon as I see them. The main disadvantage of this filler is dust. A cloud of dust rises as I empty it into the tray. Even when I empty it into the bowl, my kitten loves to pick up the litter to prepare for use. In any case, a film of dust will settle on all shelves and the floor in the bathroom. This is the first time my litter has done this at such an unacceptably high level. I don't want my kitty to inhale it and I certainly don't want me to. As soon as I have my bag ready, I will switch to another brand.
