Very nice frying pan. The non-stick coating is very slippery, so slippery that the egg wants to slide into the pan instead of into the oiled spatula. The handle is really thick and much more comfortable to hold than the equivalent All Clad pan handle. Product weight is accurately described: 2.62 lbs. The thickness of the metal is slightly thinner than the All Clad pan, which I also purchased to test and compare. Their weights were almost the same, but the OXO pan's weight is attributed to its thick handle, the fact that its "bed" is slightly larger (0.375" more than the All-Clad in both dimensions, and its taller side edge Still...it passed the test well, was very shallow and anyone would be happy with this pan.
