Update: still very happy with this strap! Very practical at events and when traveling - hands free, but the camera is always ready to use! For a year and a half of operation, absolutely nothing has happened to this belt. I feel my camera is secure when using this strap. Highly recommended! Really cool and comfortable! The lack of instructions is frustrating. See photo 3 - all you see on the box is the original instructions. Thanks to another reviewer I was able to figure out what to do. The thing is long. On the first and second picture it is shown in one of the shortest positions. At first I wanted to cut off the ends, but then I realized it would be awkward to use/hold the camera when taking photos with such a short camera, so I reconfigured it to the shortest possible position without having to cut the ends. It's long but much more comfortable to hold the camera while I'm shooting. Overall a great purchase. I have a Canon G9X Mark II in silver and brown and it doesn't fit perfectly but close enough.
