This pack looked very good when it arrived. It is just as fluffy as in the photo. It was so fluffy that the ruffles completely encircled her legs, and when she bent forward slightly, her bathing suit was not visible. The color was perfect too. I bought it for my daughter for her birthday. It is true to size and she loved it. There were two things I didn't like and the most important is that the ruffles came undone in a couple of places after the first wash. Luckily I didn't wash it before she put it on. (Yes, I know I shouldn't do this, but it worked for me and I didn't have time to sew on dangling ruffles.). The second thing I didn't like was that there is a large label (approx. 1.5 x 1 inch) with the brand name sewn on the outside. I had to use a seam ripper to remove it. My baby is not a walking billboard. I would suggest sewing the loop tape in place. My daughter loved the tutu and wore it every day for almost a week after her birthday.
