These are great and I can actually say they fit me in a 9.5 and I'm a size S/M so my wife can wear them too. and she is a size 6 for women which is great! They're fairly easy to adjust and super handy to throw in the trunk of your car for trips to the beach! They fit well and I was glad they didn't hurt. My legs were fine after an hour of diving and I was able to take them off and didn't feel weird at all. They're compact and won't move you very quickly, but they pack well as they're smaller. I'd recommend them as an easy purchase.
