The zipper with tassels does not attach to an actual bag.
I don't know why the maker of this bag put a zipper and tassel where there is no bag, but they certainly did. There's even "seams" for a non-existent pocket! I didn't send it back but I don't think it's perfect by any stretch of the imagination.
