We have had these beds since October 2016 and our dogs love them every day. In the summer we leave them as they are. When it gets colder, we put their soft bed and a blanket on them to snuggle up in. Many say that the roller is not fluffed up. When I received these beds, I manually fluffed the pillow because I was asked to do so. I had no problems with the zipper until 3/2021. After washing, the end of the zipper came undone, and while attaching the bed I attached the tongue directly to the zipper. I unzipped the other end and rezipped but did the same thing. So I just sewed both ends together so they wouldn't come loose and started looking for replacement sleeves. Very impressed with the durability of this product.
