Too expensive for what you get. Straight out of the box and fully charged, the racquet doesn't always spin at full speed. When turning it on it happened several times and it took about 2-3 seconds to reach the set speed. Also too much vibration to use on real clients. It's fine for what I bought it for - to use on the wrong hands at school - but when I tested it myself I found it vibrated uncomfortably. My desktop model, which costs less than $100, is much better. If I had known about these problems beforehand, I would not have bought it or would have bought it for only 30€. Although the grip is very small, vibration issues and inconsistent RPMs make it a non-buy. They also offered to send a replacement without having to return the previously purchased one. I appreciate the excellent customer service which is why I'm adding an extra star to my rating. However, only time and continued use will tell if this is a decent drill.
