Update yes I had a problem but I didn't ask for a refund or refund, the company tracked me down and sent me a new mat. I think my problem was unique and might not be a problem for everyone. This is a good product nothing is perfect but WOW what great customer service and what a great company to do business with. It's better than nothing, but it's nothing more than a few raindrops and it can't hold/absorb water. It's seeping around. and below, and then you have to park the cars outside, turn the mat over and try to dry the mat and the floor. If you don't, things will get weird/slimy. Okay update so I have a nice large garage with epoxy flooring that I wanted to protect with mid rise floor mats. My jeep leaked liquids, trans liquid I think. he ate his way through the carpet, see last photo. What's so great about a garage floor mat that disintegrates when in contact with car fluids? Turned the mat into a sticky dissolved plastic that caused drops of liquid to fall onto the mat and stick to the floor. A real mess.
