I have two of these. An LED does not work. It doesn't matter much. It's easy to have a flashlight. But I've also used other cordless inflators that are accurate. This resting pressure is the same as my manometer. But you'll have to set it about 2 pounds higher than you'd like. For example, if you want 32 when it shuts down, you really only have 30 pounds. So you need to set it to 34 to get 32. Again, it doesn't matter. Just press the button while it's inflating to let it rest and give you actual pressure.
