As a child, the body pillow was my favorite pillow. As I outgrew this, I used a combination of 3 different pillows to achieve the same comfortable position. When I saw this pregnancy pillow in stock I had to try it. I was able to get rid of all the other pads I had (except the wedge pad to fill the gap) and just switched to this one. It has a lot of down and both sides of the pillow are comfortable. The cover is machine washable on a gentle cycle and has held up very well so far. I prefer the cooler side, especially now in summer. Full disclosure, I'm not pregnant, I'm just an overweight man. It helped me toss and turn less at night. If you like body pillows, this is simply a reversible body pillow. Big!
