Well out of the box it looks impressive, very little instructions and no time to set up. However, the keyboard randomly lights up and seems to work, then turns off again. When you type something, there's a 50% chance that the letter will have 2 of what you pressed once, or register no keypress at all. The mouse looks weird as hell and edgy so you have to click on it so it can read the mouse pad properly. Even the keyboard doesn't wake up properly. I've had a lot of these in the past, and there haven't been any issues other than a slight lag. The funny thing is that this happens on both computers and the drivers are installed correctly. They rarely leave bad reviews, but that sucks. I would post a video but I'm afraid I'll have to destroy in creating this POS. Hopefully the company will do something about it. The keyboard also had scratches/dents on the keys when unpacked, making it appear used. I've bought soft caps from Walmart for $20 that really work.
