Love this bag! It's quite small but just the right size for me. I wear it for 5-10k runs and keep my phone and keys in it. I originally bought this because my phone had water damage from working with it in a union. I think my sweat seeped through my bracelet and into my phone and as you probably know cell phone companies don't reimburse for water damage! It's the perfect solution: the elastic waistband keeps the pack on your waist/hips as you run and is far enough away from your body to keep sweat out. I thought it might be a nuisance to carry a backpack like this, but it holds up enough that I ended up forgetting about it. The waist belt irritated my skin a bit when it was right in front of me, but that was easily resolved by wearing it over tights or a shirt.
