Poor - Can't be hand blown
NOT GOOD For a '30' birthday party we got this number '3' to blast without helium. Had a '0' from a previous purchase, had no issues and it's still good (since March!) - BUT that '3' was a mistake. There are NO instructions, but we remembered what we did for "0" and it didn't work - nothing worked! We ended up having to make a small incision, use a large straw and let some air in and then seal the hole with duct tape, but by the time the party started it was floppy. Also, the material was too thin and tore easily - not a good product!
