Review on Plastic KNIFEdock: In-Drawer Knife Organizer for a Clutter-Free Kitchen. Upgrade Your πŸ”ͺ Knife Storage Solution and Effortlessly Spot Your Desired Knives. KNIFEdock – Simplify and Optimize! by Jason Hayes

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Best for half a dozen knives

I've tried many different knife organizers. I regularly use 5 basic knives: a bread knife, an 8" chef's knife, a 6" chef's knife, a cheese knife and a paring knife. The cabinets over the counter don't allow me to use the vertical knife block or the magnetic bar. I need an organizer that sits flat on the counter. I used the cork knife dock for a while but eventually the knives cut the cork. It still worked but looked shabby. I've tried a few plastic organizers but they all seem to be made for small knives (like steak knives) or don't hold handles. I even tried the bamboo one, which held a dozen knives, including small ones, but it had no handle rest and the blades protruded dangerously. I finally found this knife dock with blade slots, tray and handle mount. My knives fit perfectly, with plenty of room, and the black color matches my black granite countertop. Sometimes it takes a while to find the perfect item for your needs. I found mine in that knife dock.
