Worst smartphone I've ever had, and even worse customer support. I bought this smartphone in October 2022, and by February 2022, the autonomy from six factory ones had dropped to four hours. This occurred despite the fact that I only charged the device using native charging, and the oleophobic coating on the screen had been removed, which meant that it began to scrape when a finger was rubbed across it. I reported this issue to the Samsung ASC, and they assured me that they had examined it and that everything was working well; however, it turned out that they had not turned on the phone during their testing (it can be seen in the usage statistics). I called Samsung Electronics 2022 to inform them of the problem, recorded the appeal, and a week later their habalka called me back to tell me that we have no reason not to trust the SC, that they ran battery diagnostics without discharging, and that you are the one to blame for the problem. In general, if you want service like people, take only Apple; they would never permit themselves to be so impolite, as Samsung Electronics 2022 did, specifically the all-2022 company. Apple is the only company that provides service like people.
