This cutting board is phenomenal. It's durable, well built, perfectly sized and comfortable to use. I use it to cook all types of food and I usually use both sides. This particular size is perfect for my kitchen sink, allowing me to cut food and place it in a bowl in the second sink. It cleans easily. I've also noticed that my knives don't need to be sharpened as often as with a fiberglass cutting board. After almost a year of use, it remains durable and looks good. About once a week I brush it with olive oil to keep it smooth. I would highly recommend it to anyone who is involved in mincing, slicing and cooking themselves.
