Not what I expected

I thought it would be great when I was working in the garden. When I turned it on at home (with the A/C on), I got very cold. When I turned it on outside in 95 degree weather, it just blew hot air. No help. When you bend down and plant something, it shifts and wants to get off your back. I feel like I wasted my money.
