Incomplete, miscut and unacceptable
I bought this as part of a Halloween costume I wasn't expecting perfection but it looks like it was carved by a blind 3 year old with rusty scissors The edges are not only uneven but are poorly finished and are already coming loose up. I doubt it will last the night and it's coming back.
- SQUARE. Sheer fabric forms a 23" square with hemmed edges for a retro look. When not being worn, the scarf folds neatly into a square for easy storage and avoiding unwanted creases and creases.
