Very thin wrinkled fabric
I expected heavy vinyl - instead it's a very THIN, cloth-like material. doesn't even smooth out after a few days of driving 65 mph at 85°F. I know I'll end up replacing it with a stronger spare tire housing as it looks so flimsy and cheap.
