Based on the Vega Summit 3.0 XXL which has served me well for many years, this helmet was a disappointment. The XXL size fits snugly until you fully close the screen. The shield is closed with two clamps, which allows the helmet to compress the helmet even more. My head size is 24 1/4", which means this helmet had to fit at least remotely well. I have a headache. Aside from shaving the hard foam, I really don't know how to continue wearing this helmet. Im Unlike the Summit 3.0, which had a flat visor for years, this one has a shape for your nose that never reaches your nose and interferes with your vision when it's down.If you get stuck fairly often and you need to stop riding, go for it Take your helmet off and curl that thing back into the helmet I bought two of these helmets a large and an XXL both have the same faults.
