Flare inner hole less than 14mm
I bought this flare because it was cheap and I knew I would trim the flare to make a "deep well 1/2 1". /2 shallow nest because my shoals are too shallow and the pits are too deep. Obviously the craftsman wanted to save costs and prevent the 14mm hex head from continuing through the entire socket. When I finished cutting the socket I was greeted with a nice big cock. My wrench set fit almost perfectly, as did my Stanley and even my old kit. I figured at least one outlet would be regular quality.
