I knew these bras wouldn't provide enough support for running but was looking for something that might work for yoga and cycling. Unfortunately, the fabric is too light and thin to offer much support. I think I prefer tighter hugs because the support in these bras is more like a lounge bra. The pads looked weird and obvious so I pulled them out (like I usually do) but that made the bra worse because they offered the only minimal structure. The bra felt even thinner without them, and while I don't have particularly protruding nipples, the fabric itself is too thin to allow for much modesty and too much see-through in my opinion. I will keep looking for a sturdier sweater bra than this one. I'm slim and tech about the same as 28D/30C, but 34B is usually the closest approximation to commonly available sizes. I usually wear small tops and bought this bra in a small size. The sizing seemed accurate to me, although some reviews mentioned the length was a little short and I get what they mean (I'm tall).
