I prefer the quality of the product to the size of the pens and I have always loved this brand until I had this device. I will say the company stands behind the warranty etc but I want to stress the importance of things here, the wheel bolt on the back where it happens is the weak point of this unit, I've noticeably lost the pins even if they do were fully dressed when attempting to do so. a short circuit started something inside was loose now i have a new inverter in my hour of need i had to contact amazon they offered a refund which is great i only used this one night before i noticed the problem, it was on the negative side, that loose screw was awful and couldn't be tightened. I want to say it was great but the contact area and tabs are too small to be considered a great inverter. This is for short term temporary use, I will never buy this inverter again. If you depend on electricity these companies should listen to us, we need thick supports and terminals, we need a reliable device, something that won't cut the electricity every minute, the second problem I have, also pull serious heavier ones conditions into consideration. The inverters for it are outrageously expensive compared to the alternatives, while I comment on the lightness, it's as light as a bolt of lightning or a tiny lamp, it's expensive, it's not durable, it's easy to hit, the pole ring area has none Safety rings underneath or guards, it's completely empty, the fuses are easy to find but again too close to other things, they need to be up for easy access, the plastic rings need to be replaced with wing nuts the very bare minimum. It nearly burned my RV. I appreciate that they accepted the return but wow this is awful these tiny inverters are better than this version. I had the 1000w and 1200w versions, one was from walmart, it also had an issue with shutting down stably at all loads, again why, other smaller inverters worked fine. This is not a one-time issue, please recreate this item.
