I have these to charge my phone while shopping with Instacart and Shipt and they are great for that. the short cord doesn't tangle, but when you pick up the phone it keeps pulling the thing out of the socket. They lasted a couple of weeks when I used them and I ended up breaking 1 due to harsh abuse. The charging speed was definitely faster than the longer cable. I've switched to magnetic cords with one piece that now stays connected to the phone and there's no risk of the cord breaking. but charging times are a bit slower and they are available when regular cables are much easier than these new magnetic ones
