The shoes arrived Tuesday night and my daughter wore them to preschool photo day the next day. When she came back I noticed scratches on the toes of her shoes. My daughter only wore them 4 hours which means they will be trash by the end of the week. I contacted the seller to inform them of the poor quality of the shoes but refused an exchange. I love the shoes but I am very disappointed with the poor quality and customer service.
