I ordered size 20 which is one size bigger than I usually order. It was tight and short in the arms. I would rip my sleeves if I crossed my arms! It fits like a 10! Contacted seller and got high mileage. Said to keep it to myself and refund the money, after waiting a few days they said I have to leave a positive review first. I didn't get anything positive from them so I declined. In the end the money was refunded. The jacket wasn't soft. Felt very cheap. Hood with button placket which would be fine if the jacket fitted.
