The product came with a defective PH buffer powder bag which was unsealed or sealed all over and it was a high PH buffer PH 9.18 Very acidic Like As you can see from the photos, the packaging was not properly sealed by the manufacturer. This pH is very acidic and dangerous if you want your family to be around dangerous things that are leaking.
