Bought this because I have severe back pain. Because of this, I couldn't move much and gained weight. I'm a bit disappointed because I made sure to measure myself according to their instructions. It's very tight. Appropriate, but hardly. The only reason I'm not returning it is because I bought it to run better and lose weight. Hopefully I can lose enough weight to fit me and breathe better with it. The stand itself makes a good impression. Can't comment on the adjustability as it's as loose as it gets. I would recommend going up a size if possible.
